Bob reports 325 migrating raptors today. Mississippi Kite 111 Northern Harrier 3 Sharp-shinned Hawk 1 Cooper’s Hawk 3 Broad-winged Hawk 205 Swainson’s Hawk 2 The wind was great today but it didn’t produce a lot of birds.

Bob reports 424 migrating raptors today. Osprey 1 Swallow-tailed Kite 1 Mississippi Kite 110 Northern Harrier 1 Cooper’s Hawk 1 Broad-winged Hawk 305 Swainson’s Hawk 4 Merlin 1 The northeast wind did not produce like it should. There was rain in the area but none at the tower. Tons of dragonflies made the day. Marvin Masters helped today.
