Bob reports a total of 218 migrating raptors today. Broad-winged Hawk 165 Red-tailed Hawk 2 Swainson’s Hawk 1 Red-shouldered Hawk 3 Sharp-shinned Hawk 1 Cooper’s Hawk 6 Mississippi Kite 38 Peregrine Falcon 2 After a nice morning, strong south winds in the afternoon shut things down pretty quickly.

Bob reports 270 migrating raptors today. Broad-winged Hawk 184 Red-tailed Hawk 3 Red-shouldered Hawk 1 Sharp-shinned Hawk 1 Cooper’s Hawk 4 Mississippi Kite 69 Osprey 2 Northern Harrier 2 Merlin 4 Also White-eyed Vireo, Yellow Warbler and Scissor-tailed Flycatcher.
